The framework

The four-domain model — Emotional Safety, Coherence, Trust and Ethical AI — draws on the psychological-safety research tradition (notably Amy Edmondson) and on the framework in Jean Pierre Mugenga's book, The Emotional Infrastructure of Leadership.

The founder

Jean Pierre Mugenga combines frontline enterprise transformation, deep subject authority and a substantial leadership audience. He is the author of The Emotional Infrastructure of Leadership, a former Staff Wellbeing Lead in the NHS, and holds a Master's in Equality and Discrimination Law. He writes and speaks widely on culture, psychological safety and leadership in the age of AI.
