What we collect

To run an assessment we process team and member names you provide, the responses people submit, and — if you choose to unlock results — an email address. Coaching conversations are processed to generate replies but are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

Solely to produce your team's results, provide coaching and development features, and send occasional product updates if you opt in. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Anonymity

Individual answers are scored server-side and only shown as anonymised, combined figures, with a minimum-respondent threshold.

Your rights

You may access, export or delete your data at any time — the app includes self-serve export and delete — or contact us to exercise any UK GDPR right.

Sub-processors

We use Netlify (hosting/storage) and Groq (AI inference). A current list is available on request.
